Will I receive free delivery**
Free postage is available on any order that is more than £70 in value (excluding VAT) and is 40kg or less in total weight. Some items may also be offered as free delivery during certain times. We are not able to offer free delivery to any orders sent to The Highlands and Islands including Channel Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland.Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Mainland UK and Islands. Due to the uncertainity of Brexit and the costs involved we are suspending all deliveries into mainland Europe and Southern Ireland.How do you deliver?
Small orders up to 90kg are despatched using our courier DPD. Anything over this weight will be delivered using either Palletforce or Palletline.What if I am not home when you deliver?
When placing your order please let us know where you would like us to leave your order if you're not going to be there. Please note if you will not be there to sign, Equi-Box cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the order. Our courier will put a contact slip through your letter box with a contact number to arrange a redelivery. By providing us with a mobile number you will be able to receive updates of your delivery as it progresses.How long will delivery take?
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. We aim to deliver within 48hours, except pallets which may take up to 72 hours. However in the unlikely event the item is out of stock, delivery may take longer, in which case we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the stock to become available. When DPD is used as the courier you will receive notification by email of an estimated delivery time. On occassion deliveries may take longer than anticipated due to delays within the parcel network or weather.How much is delivery?
Our delivery prices are all based on the total weight of your order and will be calculated automatically depending on postcode within the checkout. Delivery charges start from as little as £6.75 + VAT per package. VAT will be added to delivery charges where applicable at the prevailing rate this will show at the final stage of checkout.The maximum weight allowed by our carriers is 1 tonne and a maximum height of 2 metres anything over this will be subject to additional charges. In the event of any issues regarding your delivery we will contact you and to make any necessary amendments to ensure a successful delivery.
